Varma SNK, Managing Director & Founder of ICE :

A young Entrepreneur leading the company with gradual growth of order book and delivering the projects in time.  

Varma commence with ICE in 2011 and is responsible for the overall performance of the company.  His formal qualifications include an B Tech Civil and a 15 years industry experience committed to delivering ICE’s clients the highest level of service in the industry. Varma is focuses on relationships and ensuring projects are delivered as desired by client.  

Earlier to ICE, He worked as employ with MNC company in personally involved in Engineering & Monitoring team.   

C A Raju, Operations :

He Pose more than 25 Years experience in the industry in multy types of projects like road, bridges, high raised building and industrial works. Earlier to ICE he worked in UAE.  He is responsible for the project execution.

Pavan Kumar, Head Designs :

Mr. Pavan is having good experience in design and detailing of structure like Buildings, Water treatment plants, Sewerage treatment plants, industrial building, Bridges and Steel structures. He also teaching structures subject in engineering college. Pavan is leading Structural consultant in Coastal Andhra. He is guest faculty for Andhra University and Gitam University. His qualification is M.E. (Strs.) and presently pursuing Ph.D. from Andhra University.
